The warehouse fit out at Deer Park Road required fresh air ventilation to all office areas, by means of MVHR units. Heating and cooling to the offices was supplied through the use of casette and wall mounted DX units.

 The heating to the warehouse is through the use of radiant heaters installed from the ceiling.

 Heat to all WC areas is provided by electric radiators with LST's used to serve the disabled WC areas.

 Extract Ventilation is installed in all kitchen and WC areas.
