Working to the clients M&E specification we carried out a full warehouse fit out of services at Lumina Park.

​

The units has previously been fitted out with water services, soil waste pipework and a solar heating system by ourselves.

​

Once tenants has taken on the property we worked alongside the main contractor to complete the fit out to the clients requirements.

​

Requirements were for Fresh Air Supply to the Warehouse and Office areas by means of a MVHR and DX Units. Extract Ventilation was installed in all WC and kitchen areas.
