We carried out the installation of mechanical services at Richmond Housing when it was first built in 2011. After the final commissionign works we were asked to employ a planned preventative maintenance to all of our services on site.

 The contract has continued to roll over year after year, with a great working contract with our client. By holding frequent meetings with the onsite facilities team we are able to incorporate their needs and advice on any future work that may arise, for instance
