The fan coil units in the 5th Floor meeting room were replaced as they had become inefficient and noisy due to their age. This was identified during a scheduled maintenance visit by ourselves.

We then proceeded to quote for the replacement units and planned the installation process alongside the client to enable a quick turn around and coordinate out oh hour working.
