At Teddington Studios we carried out a full Mechanical strip out of all existing services, including isolation and draining down of heating, chilled water, hot & cold water and drainage.

We recovered the refrigerant gases from the chillers and disposed of in correspondence with FGAS regulations and supplied the client with the relevant certifications.

The purging of natural gas from pipelines was also carried out and certificated and the fire suppresion systems decommisioned.

The pipework and equipment left on site was then removed by the demolition gang.
